![]() ![]() ![]() The physics play a huge part in the game. The basic pistol has unlimited ammunition, but the other weapons need to be replenished when killing enemies or smashing crates. There's sections were you can take control of mechs and even ride a wolf. ![]() There's some basic platforming, a few hits of a switch to open doors and raise platforms, but nothing complex which you could call a puzzle. The final boss is particularly epic, but also ridiculously hard I spent over an hour replaying it in order to take it down. The enemies usually involve humans, but there are all sorts of mechs and plenty of huge bosses to take down. If you can tolerate the challenge and appreciate the floaty physics, then Intrusion 2 is a fun and enjoyable game.Intrusion 2 is a sequel to a free flash game in the vein of a retro shooter like Metal Slug. There are check-points throughout the level, and even check-points on the boss stages too. The game is fairly tough overall, but the difficulty ramps up during the bosses, especially the final boss. However, the game is really designed for using a mouse and keyboard. The game offers controller support for those who prefer it. As you kill enemies and either: they fall and hit these objects, or you shoot them, they will move around and create more of a dynamic environment which can be used as platforms to reach higher ground. It could annoy some players, but I did like the drama. Everything is so floaty in Intrusion's world, which makes everything dramatic as objects ping around the screen, and enemies take a wild tumble and collapse in a heap. There's plenty of objects scattered around which can be used as shields to hide behind. Intrusion 2 is a sequel to a free flash game in the vein of a retro shooter like Metal Slug.
